Thank you so much for all your help though out the entire process of buying my rings. The customer service was amazing and the rings are just perfect. I was kept informed as to the progress and could ask any questions at any time. Buying online did not take away anything that buying in a store could offer. I was able to send the engagement ring back for free resizing if it didnt quite fit after my proposal. As it turned out I didnt need to as I used the free ring sizing card they offer on the website, taking away any doubt and the ring fitted just perfect.

I was so amazed and happy with the engagement ring. The quality and style was better than I could have imagined from my selection on the website. After receiving the engagement ring I knew she would just love it as much as I did and did she ever! I was so happy with it I just had to buy her the matching Wedding band in the same metal and size. They look amazing together and will do forever. I would not have done anything different than buying though 1791 Diamonds, just beautiful!

1791 are very impressive..they are efficient, seriously professional, honest, quick to respond and also make you feel like you are the only customer they are working with by responding to any query no matter how small with care and friendliness. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and although in some ways I was nervous because I am based in the UK and the ring had to be made overseas and sent to me without even trying it on I could not be happier with my ring and I have comments made almost daily about how beautiful my ring is. I would highly recommend buying from 1791. They are fantastic value and I having looked for my ring not only online but in many shops, I am yet to see anything nearly as unique and stunning as my ring and that is thanks to the skill that Alice has and the amazing quality of the stone that she/her team found me.
