Many thanks for the beautifully crafted Duchess Ring that my fiance bought me. It's so clear and we like the cut of the diamond that sparkles in every angle we look at it! We love watching it sparkle in the sun and with some indoor warm lighting. It's dazzling really well and we love it! We also like the set of our Duchess ring. The simple and minimal frame makes this one piece ring extra elegant. We fell in love with it as soon as it was put on my finger!

On another note, we also like the presentation of the box. We like the big navy box, the smaller box that keeps our ring safely in the middle with a ribbon underneath for easy lifting. We can see how much attention 1791 paid to the details from making the ring to the delivery to the end user!

We also appreciate the fact that our order is followed up closely by a designated customer service person. It makes the whole shopping experience a trusted and enjoyable one. It's true we didn't know what to expect as we're ordering something so special and precious online. Assurance and somebody who could advise us from Day 1 when my fiance called and given detailed explanation did assure us we're on safe hands and being looked after! We love the ring very much! We are now officially engaged !My partner absolutely adored the ring, it was exactly what she was after and how she had imagined it would look. Sizing was perfect also....! Always good to get it right ! So, again a big thank you to you Erika, for all your help over the past few weeks you have been terrific and a pleasure to deal with...!
