Alice Herald and the team at 1791 were fantastic. Over a period of about 6 months, and many emails they designed and crafted a ring which far exceeded all my (and my now Fiancee's) expectations. Their commitment to establishing a rapport with their clients to ensure satisfaction is unique and matched only by the quality of their finished product. My sincere thanks to all involved.

1791 created the perfect engagement ring for me to propose with; and without ever meeting a single one of their team face to face! From the first moment I saw their website I was confident that they could do exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't know quite what that was at the time. Alice took time to understand the look and feel of what I wanted and quickly came up with concepts that were beautifully tailored to suit. Discussing my chosen design with her later, I couldn't even find any changes I wanted to make. After some much needed help on getting the right diamond and ring size (thanks Ardouin), my design was crafted into the perfect ring. The team at 1791 even disguised the packaging to ensure it remained a surprise right until the last moment. And of course she said yes!
