The staff, in particular Ardouin Baker, were friendly, helpful and accommodating. 1791 were able to design for me a high quality engagement ring, then cater to my storage and delivery needs. The delivery of the ring went smoothly, due in a large part to 1791's flexibility.

A very attractive feature of 1791's design experience is also the resize service offered by 1791. Overall, I had an excellent experience with 1791 and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering having jewellery custom designed.

From the first moment I saw their website I was confident that they could do exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't know quite what that was at the time. Alice took time to understand the look and feel of what I wanted and quickly came up with concepts that were beautifully tailored to suit. Discussing my chosen design with her later, I couldn't even find any changes I wanted to make. After some much needed help on getting the right diamond and ring size (thanks Ardouin), my design was crafted into the perfect ring. The team at 1791 even disguised the packaging to ensure it remained a surprise right until the last moment. And of course she said yes!
