Right from my first enquiry, the 1791 team impressed me with their care for detail and willingness to go to extra effort to provide quality service. I am living overseas but wanted a New Zealand made engagement ring for my Fiance. Ardouin from Customer Services organised the shipping and tackled the challenging French customs systems to get the ring safely across to the other side of the world. When it arrived it was perfectly crafted and beautifully designed. I needed to resize the ring and again Ardouin organised everything for the ring to be resized in Europe by a trusted jeweller. Throughout the entire process comunication was fantastic, even across so many timezones, and I felt completely at ease that the ring was safe. My fiance loves the ring and we will be in touch again soon to choose our wedding bands from 1791.

It was so easy using the 1791 online store. The staff were so helpful, they helped me design the perfect ring. The ring arrived on time and it was exactly what I wanted. My fiancee loves the ring, she said yes!
