The staff, in particular Ardouin Baker, were friendly, helpful and accommodating. 1791 were able to design for me a high quality engagement ring, then cater to my storage and delivery needs. The delivery of the ring went smoothly, due in a large part to 1791's flexibility.

A very attractive feature of 1791's design experience is also the resize service offered by 1791. Overall, I had an excellent experience with 1791 and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering having jewellery custom designed.

Not to mention that I also wanted to choose something that would suit my girlfriend. 1791 helped explain the various technical aspects of diamond jewellery, and also helped suggest styles for my girlfriend.

1791 were happy to customise the ring for me. I was very impressed that a computer rendering of what the ring would look like was sent to me. It was helpful to see how the finished ring would look.
