La Lucia is a bold, modern design which makes effective use of the strong lines of the princess cut diamond in a bar setting. This is a solitaire diamond engagement ring yet it does not try to replicate the demure and delicate look of more traditional solitaires.

La Lucia design is well balanced and the bar setting, while certainly a prominent feature of the ring's design, complements the fabulous diamond without detracting from its beauty.

The intention with this design seems to be for the three elements: the diamond, the setting and the metal band, to work together, enhancing one another rather than emphasising any one design aspect.
