Discretion and Delivery

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the time that payment is received for an order. From that point, you can expect delivery within New Zealand to be 15-20 working days.

If you have chosen the 'Valuation for Insurance' option, then this will add 2-4 days to the expected delivery time.

If you have an urgent delivery deadline, let Customer Services know by giving full details in the comments box at step 4 of the checkout.

Our Courier

For New Zealand orders we use Courier Post to deliver your ring to you. For international deliveries we use Fed Ex - please enquire for an indication of delivery times for your location. All packages will require a signature upon deliver.

Address

We will send your ring to the shipping address that you give us. Customer Services will contact you prior to booking  the courier to inform you of the expected delivery date. Please make sure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery.

Emails

Your order receipt will be sent to the email address you give us. If your purchase is a surprise then chose a secure email address that the recipient cannot access.

Insurance

The package will be insured by us until you have signed for it. We recommend that you arrange for separate insurance cover once the ring is in your possession.
